Life with First State Residential Living

First State Residential Living provides individuals with the opportunity to live in a small group residence which is person-centered and allows them to live as independently as possible within their community. We staff our group home with professionals experienced in human services who provide personalized support based on the needs and abilities of each individual 24/7.

Our team includes a Group Home Manager, Director of Developmental Disabilities Programs, and Direct Support Professionals (DSP), who work collaboratively with the individual and their family to design an Essential Lifestyle Plan (ELP) which is continually monitored and adjusted as residents achieve new goals.
